Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms apply to all business relationships between Bodhi Cita Records (Nhu Lai Dinh, Zugspitzstraße 4, 85591 Vaterstetten, Germany) and consumers as well as entrepreneurs who acquire goods or services via this website.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The display of products does not constitute a binding offer. Only by placing the order do you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs by sending order confirmation or by delivery.
§ 3 Made-to-order manufacture
Buddha statues, busts, amulets and pictures are made to individual order. Delivery time is 4–6 weeks from payment receipt.
§ 4 Prices & payment
All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs. Payment is made by the methods stated in the shop.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. See separate Right of Withdrawal page.
§ 6 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under the German Civil Code apply.
§ 7 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
