Shipping & Payment

All prices in our shop are in Euro including German statutory VAT and excluding the shipping costs listed here. The exact shipping costs of your order are shown in the cart and during checkout before you place the order.

Delivery countries

We ship worldwide (Germany, all EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and more than 200 further countries). Exception: the scented-candle collection (8 scents) ships within the USA only.

Shipping costs

Our items are made to order by different production partners. Shipping costs apply per product group and order; if an order contains items from several product groups, the shipping costs of the groups concerned are added up and shown as a total before you place the order. All amounts include VAT.

Customs & import charges: for deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK, the USA) additional import duties, customs fees and taxes may apply; these are payable by the recipient and are not charged by us.

Delivery times

Every item is freshly produced for you after your order (print on demand). The delivery time consists of production plus shipping and is stated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays):

For payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay the delivery period starts on the day after the contract is concluded (order confirmation). If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next business day applies instead. If you order items from several product groups, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times; this does not cause any additional shipping costs.

Carriers: DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, GLS or UPS – depending on the production partner and destination. You receive a shipping confirmation by email for every parcel, with tracking where available.

Returns & complaints

Withdrawal: As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are in our Right of Withdrawal. The fastest way is our withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract” (at the bottom of every page) – you immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Please send returns exclusively to: Bodhi Cita Records, Nhu Lai Dinh, Zugspitzstraße 4, 85591 Vaterstetten, Germany – not to our production partners. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; we refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal (we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or your proof of return).

Transport damage, misprints, defects: Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the item (and the packaging) by email to info@bodhicitarecords.com or by phone at +49 176 58873676 (Mon–Fri 10 am–6 pm CET). In this case we have the item reproduced and reshipped free of charge – no return is required. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years) remain unaffected; reporting within 30 days is not a condition for them, but it helps us send a replacement quickly.

Parcel not arrived: Please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date – we trace the shipment and send a free replacement if it is lost.
